Heer Panzer Grenadier NCO M42 Field Blouse

Here is a great condition M42 NCO field blouse...All insignia is originally sewn.

I like the use of the subdued metallic tresse on both collar and straps,collar is a slightly different shade of wool used by the factory (it is not replaced)

It is interesting to see a RB# instead of a makers mark in 42,I believe the RB#'s came into use in late 42.

Hi Juan,

Do you mean the type of stitch the sewing machine used,or how the factory worker folded it before sewing? (raw edge application on the M42 NCO jacket I posted)

The one on yours is sewn in a T stitch (see attached photo on another jacket for comparison) and just sewn regular zig zig on my one.

I Think WB 41 would be the acceptance stamp (Würzburg or Vienna).
