Hi,
On pages 68-70 of "German Army Uniforms of World War 2" by Wade Krawczyk there are photos of an M43 pattern Heer Drillich Reed Green tunic, but interestingly it has early insignia - a BEVO breast eagle in mouse grey on dark green backing, as opposed to a field grey backing - would this be likely on a tunic produced at that stage of the war??
Thanks.
