            I think this is the same eagle, and on a shirt which is not German made. Italian made seems to be the consensus.

                Thanks to everyone. Great pictures inspiring more eagle hunts.
                That last one from Larry F. looks to be the one with the light blue thread??
                I had one of those some time ago.
                Willi's does look to be the same one, mabey earlier since the thread on the lower one looks courser.
                I may call mine the "sad eyed eagle" type.
