Just bought this tunic, I guess it's private purchase (Italian material?) , comes with a picture that's supposed to be the officer, worn but has a nice look to it!

The boards look like they are TSD, the eagle is most likely resewn. Can you post a clear image of the officer and also pictures of the tunic interior. It looks like there are vent holes under the arms? This may be a post War tunic.Comment

The officer in the picture is wearing a tunic with dark green collar, and M36 style officers tunic, so its different to what you have. Your tunic is a nice one too, i think maybe the eagle is re-applied.

He is an older officer probably with WWI service and is wearing a cross strap so the photo probably shows him in the mid 1930s. I would expect a higher rank than Ob.Lt. during the War. The boards should be the color of the tabs.
