Hello, town code 0139 is not identify in the list, but 0138, 0141, ... are from towns in the Niederschlesien area in Poland.

Philippe, for sure is a town in the Sachsen area, but by the list could be Burgstätdt, Taura, Markersdorf, Allmittweida, Erlau, Geringswalde, Göritzhain, Hartmannsdorf, Rochlitz, Kölhensdorf, Wolkenburg or Rochsburg
