The seller acknowledges that the bird and perhaps the CT are replaced.
Here are his exact words:
"The front closure, exterior pocket and the shoulder strap buttons retain various amounts of their field-grey paint and all of the buttons appear to have their original stitching. The breast eagle has been restored to the tunic and most probably the cufftitle as well. Collar tabs are original stitching and the GD slip on straps are 100% original and very hard to find examples."
I also dont think that removing the vendor's markings is a very cool thing to do. If someone else's images are to be used without permission, at the very least cite the source. I know the seller and I am sure that he would not mind making images without the markings for you to use. It just gives a bad perception when copy protected watermarks are removed from a posted image, in my opinion.
