You finally have figured out where all the Chaplain tunics are coming from.

          Now i am confused

Sorry to be a pain but am i right in thinking that the tunic is for admin then and that i should probably avoid it as i was looking for a combat jacket really?

By the way great examples posted and many thanks to everyone for the replies

Without the jaeger or gebirgsjaeger sleeve patch, I would say that tunic is for admin. The green is a lot darker than the colours John posted. Jacques

Admin boards have HV devices, two waffenfarbe colors on the boards & the collar tabs.

Jaeger-Divisions (in English, as said, Light Infantry), were Light Infantry Divisions (just 2 Rgt w 3 Bn each, instead of 3 Rgt of normal Infanterie-Division, Arty and PAK likewise had fewer troops), more mobile (less through veichles than by bicycles and by specific training of the soldiers in combat in woods and low mountains).

                  A through explanation is here:

                  http://www.battlefront.com/community...p/t-45369.html

OoB here (always a great site!):

                  http://www.lexikon-der-wehrmacht.de/...Gliederung.htm

They usually fought well, and in every front.

                  Hope it helps,
