I have a GJ nco m36 which matches your tunic 100%. I think the variation on my jaeger tunic and the cap is much rarer. I have not seen many examples of it. Your is definitely more "textbook" imo.

There is a neat little section in the Pruett and Edwards book talking about the "green problem" in section 7.3. I have never been one to poop my pants when there is a light green piped tunic with jager sleeve insignia but there are some collectors who would. Here are cheap closet shots showing GJ/J and HV waffenfarbe. PG is on the end for comparision. Note too another example of a Jager tunic with removable boards next to the "99".Attached Files
