Nothing against Ostfries or anyone else selling on the estand, but IMO it is always good to be cautious when buying, even when offered on the estand if you are not very familiar with the particular item.

Agree with all concerned. Pays to get second opinions and that is what we are all about.

Guys, thanks for all your responses and input. I really appreciate it. Meindert is a great member of the forum and I feel great dealing with him. I appreciate the support in getting a second opinion. The scam made me a little unsure about myself. That is why I needed some reassurance. You all have helped me feel better. No need to apologize Mike always best to be on the safe side. Had I been considering buying it at a show, I would take it to someone I know who is knowledgable for a 2nd opinion regardless who the seller was and especially if I didn't know him personally.
