Yes, I think so. If I am not mistaken, I think I see some brown camo around the eagle.

Luftwaffe M-43 Cut off.

Just picked this up off of Ebay, trolling late one night and there was a buy it now for $44.00. I sold all my cut offs a couple years ago but looks like I'm gonna start a new collection.
