Both shoulder boards have a llittle hole in the middle, maybe a regimental number.

Nice tunic! Congrats! Apart from the breast eagle which was added later for sure! An officer eagle is not the proper eagle for this type of dresstunic! This is not a private purchased tunic!

Nothing wrong with it. Upgraded officer-type breast eagles are more common than not on NCO Waffenrocks.
