I love NCO parade Dress Tunics. And posts above are correct - though I find the eagle a bit "homely", there are plenty of officer-quality eagles found on NCO tunics in my experience. I have several in my collection, and I have a soft spot for Artillery.

One thing for sure is that it came from the Berlin issueing depot hence the B38. Doesn't mean the tunic was made in 38 just that the issueing depot received it into stock in 38
