Looks good from here. 102 chest is nicely on the larger side of the spectrum.

I agree with above gentlemen, looks like a nice original M43.

I like the wear and tear on this one, great 'combat look'.

              Best regards,

              Jan B.

M43 made with italian Doppia facia cloth. More interesting is the fact it was made somewhere in occupied Poland as it has 'P' ( which stands for Posen ) depot markings.
Does it have somewhere a Rb Nr markings ?

P - POSEN ( Poznań ) army depot ( for whole Wartheland ). Point me other big III Reich city ( including the incorporated territories ) starting with P.

Maybe because just a corner was the city with one of the biggest (if not the biggest) textill industry in Europe (mean Łódź = Litzmannstadt).

If you haven't noticed the depot markings are mostly abbrevations of the names of capitols of regions (with one except T for Thorn in West preussen where Danizg was a capitol - why the depot was in Toruń ? have no idea): like B or B II depot for Breslau which was a capital of Schlesien, St depot Stettin which was capitol of Pommern, K depot for Koenigsberg which was capitol of Ost Preussen, S-St for Stuttgart being capitol of Baden-Wittemberg, WB depot for Wurzburg being capitol of Nidersachsen etc. etc.

Those capitols are also the headquaters of military districts (Wehrkreis).

A lot of Litzmannstadt made items have P depot markings and Posen was a capitol of region/land (Wartheland) and military district (Wehrkreis).

Regarding Prag; the city was not in III Reich territory and was like GG. If had some depot than it would be rather Pr or Pg marked than P ( or had no depot like Cracow a capitol of GG or any other city of GG ).

There is a thread about depot abbreviations here on WAF.

A very good one as previously said.Notice also the late war size indications
180-184 stands for height, 102 for chest, 45 for collar and 65 for sleeve.
In earler ones, there were numbers for total lenght and torso length of the garment.

WB was always said to be Wien and not Würzburg ( by the way in Bavaria ) ?
Niedersachsen is Hannover with the H .
B also for Berlin , not Breslau .
I know there is a discussion on these letters ...
