Niedersachsen is Hannover with the H .
B also for Berlin , not Breslau .
I know there is a discussion on these letters ...

You are right with Wurzburg ( being city in Bavaria ) and Hannover ( being Nidersachnsen ) My mistake.

Never heard or read about 'WB' being Wien depot markings.

The are 2 depot markings with B; one is with only with letter 'B' and other is B.II ( letter with with roman II ). One might be Berlin other Breslau ; which is which is the most important question.

I'm absolutely sure with P for Posen as all Litzmannstadt made ( or RB Nr 0/1035/.... ) are marked with P depot stamp.

B II is the Uniforms collection number 2 , worn ones , not a depot stamping ?
If we speak about the same stamp in a rectangle ? "Bekleidung II" .
Often seen in side caps or jackets ...
      P for Posen , why not ?

"BII" stands for Depot Berlin number 2 ; "T" stands for Tillburg in the Netherlands not for Thorn

"WB" stands for "Wiener Bekleidung" depot

Interesting information. How do you know that ?

I'm guessing that letter derivation could be double used; for example B for Breslau or Berlin( IMO the maker location would be the best indicator ) or T for Thorn or Tillburg , A for Acchen or Amsterdam or St for Stetting or Stuttgart etc.
