NSDAP pole topper for review

    Thanks for posting OFW. I've seen this before. The example in the period photos perch is different...and the eagles position is defferent. The perch is not resting directly on the wreath. The perch of the example I provided is resting directly on the wreath.

    Here are some other examples: I think the closest example to the one in OFW's photo is the last top below (wreath wise).

            As others have said, lots of interesting flag pole tops, with many interesting variations I have not seen! Thank's to all for the great photos!

            All of these and more should be in a reference thread titled "Show Us Your Flag Pole Tops!" which has already been done for most things. In searching for such a topic earlier, I was unable to find anything already posted. I, for one, have a lot I could add to the thread. Flag pole tops are my main area of collecting!

                Thanks for the link to the flag pole top thread, Old Flags Wanted! Lots of great reference photos and information! Somehow, I didn't find that one in my search earlier.
