I have a 1942 Tula SVT 40 re-arsenaled for review. Everything is matching with electro pencil and sling is original as far as I know. The seller is asking for $1500 including the bayonet. Do you guys think I should add it to my collection? Thank you everyone for your help. I love this forum.

Bayonet is refurbished as well
I think that 1500 is a bit too much for a refurbished SVT40. Not really much in collector value, but most likely a great shooter. For a collector piece I would look for older Finn import. Almost all are imports, but they are in unrefurbished original condition.
