Is it legal to sell/export parts to the USA?
Since it illegal to import a whole gun (mp40) I guess importinging / selling parts is illegal aswell?

The receiver is the part that requires registration....I believe any of the other parts can be shipped into the US.....Bodes

You need a ATF form 6a to import parts

No complete barrels are allowed either.

You only need a form six if the value of the package is over 100.00 dollars. Your parts should be fine to import without any paperwork but your exporting country may create problems.
