I hadn’t noticed it, but it’s there. What does that indicate? The maker?

    Thanks

Is it just the holster or is there a pistol that we haven't seen yet?

No pistol, just the what’s pictured.

Its nice because it is early and because of the other items with it. Also because everything we see here has probably been together since 1918, including the tow on the cleaning rod!

Condition of the stock and holster is decent, but both have some slight damage and age as would not be unusual for items that went though 4 years of WWI and then survived another 100 years to boot. Nice find.

It is the acceptance stamp. It is a good set.
