Hey,
Some of you know that I found 2500 original German WW2 slings, and I sold about 700 now..so have seen a lot of original slings the past 2 years...BUT
Then I found a sling wich is other than all those normal slings...and I really hope somebody could tell me from what kind of pre-WW2 German weapon it whas. I know 100% sure that the sling is German as his markings. (never seen any collector yet...let me know if you feel a collector for this sling)
I`ll make a good discription..and will add some clear photo`s! Anyway I want to thank everybody for there help.
*same as normal German ww2 sling but just some longer, not cut of because it`s still longer than a normal sling.
*very early rough style buckle, seems to be also some wider as normal
* marking on the outside (very uncommon..have seen now 3 or so) marking says: J. Meckart, ULM, 1934
*it seems that the holes are a little bit different...not like a water-drop, the sling did not had a keeper(frosh)
