Here is another not common example of the gun used by German Wermacht - infantry modification of Luftwaffe MG17.
Those guns when removed from service and used on ground as quads and single guns used by ground troops.
There is not much info in internet on this type. I found second example in Imperial War museum, here is the link.

It fits well Laffette 34. The cocking handle has serial as one at IWM.
I assume it was used at Laffette the most as there is no evidence of rear sight. ( it is just my quess ) or may be it was not needed at the time it came to front
The gun has all original finish.
