        I believe that is an early "P Code" commercial Krieghoff. The left side of the receiver appears to show a Crown/N commercial proof. I can't see any Luftwaffe acceptance marks, but it is very pitted.

          Wow a junker Krieghoff. 1st I have seen.

          Rare or not, condition is evrything to collectors.

          Really a criminal act to have to murder it, though.

          There is always somebody woofing advice om what others should do about laws and conditions. Hot air.

          It would be good if you found some loophole or situation to preserve this piece.

            It appears in poor condition and I wouldn't suggest ever shooting it anyway so in this rare case I would suggest to deactivate and remain legal.
