Excellent! Yes those parts were originally electro penciled by the manufacturer. Hope you will be sharing pictures of the other items you attained with your K43. By the way, is it a "dual lug" variation?

      Dear Gentlemen,

This is what is great about this forum, you learn things ! Before today I would have been suspicious of any electro penciling on a German WWII arm but with all the replays to my post I am going to stand corrected on that one.

Beautiful rifle and a great thread, hope others learned too.

As an aside I too am waiting on a couple of nice guns from a collector, in this hobby it's what we now have to do.

      Congrats and thanks, Craig.

Nice rifle. I have QYE45 #654a and it has the durafol handguard. My stock however, has a bullet hole repair!

Not sure if I understand your question correctly, it has a right and left locking lug. Each marked with "50" to correspond with the serial number. Even the extractor on this thing is marked with a 50.

Nice on the bullet hole repair! Definitely "been there". I think things like this make the item even more attractive!

It has a single guide rail.

I believe Walther (ac) was the only one who made the dual lugs.....Bodes
