Were can i buy a Mauser 98k rifle?

I am looking for a wartime made Mauser 98k in original and good condition. Were can i get one and what s a fair price? I only order from Europe.

You can get a wartime Mauser just about anywhere in the U.S. Price is based condition, matching numbers,etc.

As pvluger stated, live or deact is the first question. After that there are many variables. How much do you want to spend? I would think live weapons would cost more in Europe

you are allowed to have 6 rifles in Sweden if you have hunting license. I only have 3. So yes a fully functional. In original condition noting replaced or changed and in as good condition as i can find. But i dont order from the Usa as the customs fee will be to high.

These Swedish laws are so f......!! stupid.

I applied for a collector license as im only interested in a deact, i dont want to have a live weapon....got a decline almost immiedietly.

When i called the police she sad " the cashier in a store cant tell if you have a deact or not"...like i wanted that k98 for robbing a store ..lol

Now the stupid part......

I can go on a course (3 days) and get a hunting licence in 2 weeks and buy a live weapon with no problems.

How stupid is that!!

I can have fully funtioning firearms, but here in Europe is forbidden to bring here weapons from the Usa

I actually took the exam because I am interested in old guns not directly to hunt. Thats the only way to be able to get a weponlicens here.

No one that knows were i can get a rifle? Or atleast a fair price if i find one?

I am also interested in collecting. I got a collector's license, that allowed me to buy any kind of weapon in working condition, except for full-auto. I ordered a P38 in another country within Europe and when I requested the import license from the local authorities they told me I had to prove it was a historical weapon...in what historical event it had been used (not considering general wars nor revolutions) and who had used the weapon so I finally couldn't buy the pistol. I am now buying rifles with a hunter license
