Quick Paratrooper Carbine Question

I have been scouring here and elsewhere looking for an answer to my question ,hopefully someone here can assist. From what I have read EARLY Para carbines had Type 1 barrel bands , did they also have type 2? I see one I'm interested in and everything else is correct .

thanks, I wasn't sure the seller says it's a first contract one high wood ,push button safety, correct butt plate with proper markings, Inland of course but I just wasn;t sure if the barrel band had to be a type 1 for an 1st contract. And the barrel date is 5-44

1 thing I don't get though ,the barrell date puts it in production for a 2ND CONTRACT, not first but all the features are what I understood to be 1ST CONTRACT, high wood, flat bolt, push button safety. The serial # is 71445x. So do I have a 2ND CONTRACT barrel since it's 5-44 and all the other components point to 1ST CONTRACT?
