      Nice 1914 Mauser.
      As far as I know the "Germany" stamp means that this pistol was made for sale in the USA market, mostly before WWII. Many of the .30 Commercial Lugers form the 1920s were marked this way.

        Please ignore the above message as I have got my facts wrong
        After rereading my addition, I realised I cocked up and thought it was made in 1914 and also meant to say they were issued for military use in WW1 not WW2 Please forgive a NOOB ( as my wife would say I was having a "blonde" moment ) Regards Toby.
