These Lugers came with 2 matching clips, which is very rare today to find them with both still. ( it would triple its value). What is interesting to me is that you have 1 of the matching clips still and the other is not matching, but only 2 digets off. Sometime shortly after it was issued, it was mixed-up with one from the same lot of Lugers.

Nice thought but totally untrue. The original matching magazine is a proofed Erfurt magazine and numbered as the pistol 1170a. The second magazine is a DWM magazine and numbered 8911.

This is a incredibly powerful grouping when its in front of you, one of my favorites in Rons entire collection..and we all know how vast that is!! Love that mag. with the wood in the rear as some say, just stunning!! Should post the rest buddy.

The grips screws are Erfurt proofed which are getting harder to find.
