Been a while since I have had one of these come in. The gun is a really nice piece and not sure of market, so let me see if I can get some feedback here.
Ser # 319a DWM 1915
Gun exhibits and easy 98% blue and straw is there but faded to 70% or so. Unnumbered wood base mag. Minor freckling to front and rear straps, no plum or fade. Essentially high edge wear only.
The detraction is that someone lightly scratched their initials into the dam side rail although very lightly. All matching piece and an honest gun. Have not removed the grips as they fit like a glove, but can see the screws were turned at one time.
This piece was obtained out of North Jersey in the 50's.
