The grenade spoon in post #7 is from a 1950s Danish or Swedish hand grenade. The spoon from post #12 is from a post-war U.S. M49A1 trip flare. Hope that helps, even if if a bit late.
Maleme airfield is still an active Greek military base. It is right across the street from Hill 107. I doubt it was an honor guard for the German cemetary. Their events, the last one I attended was in 2001 for the 60th anniversary, are rather low key. So, it could be from training or re-enactments. They held a rather large one in 2001. Plus, it was stated these items were not found in the cemetary but rather the approach to it.
"Ordnance", thanks, it really helps since I havent been sure about what it was. The only thing left now is the "shrapnel" piece... I have no idea about when it could be from, but as I said, I found it on the beach just below Hill 107.
Willi, you are right, I found them on the paths leading up to the top. . and since the military activity in that area, it could from training.
