Looks good, I think the tunic and K98 look very good together. The only reason why people may be cautious to put a firearm near anything cloth, is the grease/oil sometimes hidden on guns. But as long as the gun is clean I don't see a problem with it, and in fact I would be interested to see more photos like this.

Thanks guys. And thank you Ryan, for raising a valid point regarding metal and cloth but not to worry in this case. There was no oil upon this rifle when I received it and I do not plan to apply any myself. I store my rifles zipped into good quality carrying sleeves at the proper humidity and have never had any problems. I make it a point to inspect them regularly for surface rust just the same.
