Heres' the poop on the P/O's

I bought this ACE from my good friend in Albuquerque. Here is what he had to say about it's history......

"Hi Ronnie,

Here's the poop.

ORIGINAL OWNER / PURCHASER: Mr. Julian Gentry, Danville, Kentucky

Mr. Gentry was a very wealthy banker/investor in Danville and loved to collect things. When he died in1989 he was over 90 years old. His close friend and fellow collector was my friend Clemens Caldwell also of Danville. Caldwell was named an executor of the Gentry estate (GREAT JOB FOR CLEM). Clem was responsible for selling artifacts and guns from the Gentry estate. I purchased some artifacts around that time. I also purchased a few handguns including this ACE on June 15, 1997. "

Sorry Tom, Kentucky, not Indiana... But the immediate P/O came to Albuquerque from Indiana. If that helps. While gently stroking the pistol just now, it whispered to me the following confession:

"I wasn't born in Texas, Sir, but I got here as fast as I could!!"

And with contentment, placed itself on safety....
