Tracer
Hello,
What yo have there is 8mm yellow tracer. The black colour arpund the tip of the bullet means that it is tracer, not AP. Where is says lspur (gelb) means its yellow.
Here is a link that should help you out.

I've still got a few hundred boxed rds of that ammo that I bought about 30-35 years ago. I finally got around to firing a box or two of it in the mid-70s and I recall that at least some, but I don't think all of the tracer still worked. It all may have actually been good but, firing in bright daylight and at fairly close range (50 to 100 yds) it was not that easy to see.

That is a very cool and rather rare round. It is a armor piercing phosphorous (incendiary) round that was high velocity and made for tropical use. Phosphor Geschoss mit Stahlkern.
The "v" is for high velocity, usually an aircraft round. The green ring on the bullet tip is the key.
The tropical round is weather sealed and you can ID these by the seal around the case mouth and the bullet.Willi
