No. There are no initials to show ownership of this piece.

I would love to research to find where the 29th traveled during their landing at Normandy, to the end of the war, then cross reference those towns to known Luftwaffe Generals (whether they lived there or operated an air field there to see what I come up with.) A long shot but maybe worth it.
