Then why is the rest of the dagger not corroded? Why is the silver finish still on the corroded eagle? It is best not to make excusses for items not right on daggers these days.

I think if someone changed the eagle on the dagger, he would put a nice eagle ... and not corroded. In this thread is a logical explanation:

It is interesting that you express yourself to the dagger until now, you had the opportunity to write already some time ago in this thread here on the forum.

Now, if I want to sell a dagger, to hear from you ... special.

It does not matter. This ss dagger is a fine, original, unexplored, nothing altered, just a little corroded eagle. No one and nothing to disprove this fact. Sometimes in the past it happened that dagger was maturing in such a way that the corrosion on the eagle was possible. nothing more to tell you this. thee from the table from the other side of the world it well says that something is wrong, but you have no idea what was past daggers, where it was found, and so on. So please do not write hasty conclusions that may harm other people. Thanks, Charlie

you can make fun of it ... but I think in a good way. I know from whom I bought a dagger and where it was found, so I can not agree with thy opinion that the dagger is something wrong ... cheaters in the world a lot, I'm still fighting with them, so I also gave a lifetime careful on what and from whom you are buying.

                          All in good! Charlie

I did not ask for anything today - asked Mr. casey76. I asked in this thread:

                            http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=651065

and there .. Collectors said that this dagger is fine

Is it just me? I can't see any images on the original thread.

                              Regards,
                              Stu
