The best book I know of is:- Deutsche Kampfmesser by Eugen von Halász

Written in German (which is not my first language) but still a very useful reference IMO.

Good illustrations as well.

Just discovered Volume 2 is available as well.

There is also quite a lot of useful information on this forum.
