HJ Dagger - Good?

I was wondering what you think about this HJ dagger. I know so very little about them. Looks nice enough, but the blurry pictures make me wonder.

Blurry pics dont help, though i think the diamond looks bad.
Regarding the marker, it looks like it is "Hubertus" and its considered by some collectors as a post-war marker. Also, it seems there is no RZM code marked on the ricasso.

And of course, that one isnt the correct scabbard.

There is a lot of controversia regarding this marker.
This marker is not very accepted in the community, it doesnt look like it has a RZM code marked on it (he didnt show it on the pics) and also the diamond doesnt look good (better pics could help, though i wouldnt like to have that one in my collection). My recommendation, pass on this one.
Even if its a good deal, i would wait until i find a good HJ knife of a known marker.
