Has anyone heard of the Teletype Corporation Model 14??

The T-36 Lo reminded me of another unit from times past - The Teletype Corporation Model 14 Keyboard Typing Reperforator.

BTW the link from this thread is for a TELEX T-36 http://sammlung.ient.rwth-aachen.de/...eiber-t36.html . At the front RHS attached to the keyboard transmitter shaft is the ANWERBACK mechanism. This is rotating drum with pegs which is activated by receiving WRU (who are you) code from the distant TELEX. This sent an ID code so that the distant TELEX could verify that connection was to/from the required subscriber.
