I haven't tracked this subject extensively, but a couple German ideas that were carried on after the War: fold-down spinner post on tuning knobs - seen later in USA equipment such as ARC-2 and some others - one signal generator also at least, whose type number i don't recall. Optical display system for tuning scale, on E.52 and E.53 - later seen in 1950s RCA receivers or the FRR- and SRR- series ( FRR-23, SRR-19 are ones i recall ); also seen in Rossian
