    Back problems from this hobby

I know that I am not alone with having back problems which are partially resulting from this hobby. This equipment is very heavy. Sometimes there is no one to help me move it, so after I lift it, I feel it in my back for several days. How do you folks deal with this issue?

Focus your collection on portable equipment ;-)

All of this equipment is called "Tragbare" in the manuals :-)

I had to carry my Lo6L39 (65 kg) from ground floor to first floor, I finally removed the enclosure and took out the power supply, then I did carry all three part in three turns, up the stairs. There is no handles on my enclosure(under restoration), so I think twice before moving it.

I bought the item below to help me with moving these items:

All the radios have carry handles - they say "pick me up", but the back says "WTF!!!"

That's because those items were designed only to lift by germans

                  Try stretching before physical activity.

After proper warm up pick the radio (preferably FuH.e.d or Kw.e.A) - stand in front of it feet shoulder width appart - bend over and grab both handles - in slow motion pull the miracle of german engineering to your chest keeping your back arched - squeeze and slow return while exhaling - do 8 reps for 3 sets.
Next, move to Torn.e.B (or Doretta for less advanced) for a biceps workout.

                      LOL!

The Kw.E.a is good for squats. You can do 2 Torn.E.b's for a double bicep workout.
