I hate to bump a years-old thread, but does anyone know the proper radio layout for a StuG III D? Would it be a standard Fu5 set?

It used the Fu16 (Ukw.E.h + 10 W.S.h). Looks similar to the Fu5, operates on a different frequency.

      regards,

8 is the HF cable that runs from the transmitter to the Antennenspule 30/80 (nr 5). It runs partly inside a conduit with a support on each end.

9 are the brackets that connnect the conduit supports to the hull.

I suspect that for the Fu 8 set the cable ran in an insulating conduit (pertinax) but I am not entirely sure without having seen the full version of the D 9020/48 pamphlet. This would probably state the materials used.

            regards,

            Funksammler

That nails it, pertinax conduit and supports, the one in the Stug III would have been similar.

                regards,

                  Hello.

Please, can somebody show the photo of the Pz.Nr25 in the StuG?
What other technics it was used in?

                  Thank you in advance.
