The ribbed cotton material in the liner looks a little fuzzy wuzzy painted ? Grommits look suspicious and that size stamp resembles reproduction caps I've seen and handled. One guy had a bunch of these at the sos show with every Waffenfarbe on the tree but different insignias just saying
