I understand Tony..quite frankly I don't care whether it was 5 or 1000...but I am ALWAYS curious as to what kind of prices NON COLLECTORS perceive as appropriate...A few years back at an ORGANIZED estate sale a fellow WAF Collector got like 6 mint Luft pieces..m43 no decal para helmet reed green 4 pocket and more...TWENTY BUCKS !!!

Hi Bill,
I was vacationing on the east coast and found the Army M43 cap in an antique store. The guy was a military dealer, so his prices were fairly normal.
I wish that I could have purchased it for $20! Those deals come once in a blue moon and that's what we all hope for.
