I must start by saying that I'm not interested about visors allegedly attributed to very important personalities (also because, if true, of their unaffordable price) and I’m not expert at all on SS metal cap badges. However, this is the inside that I would expect in a real white Muller:

In the final analysis, my humble (but I think logic) observation is as follows: if a modest police officer could afford such a beautiful visor, I do not understand why a big shot as Koch had to settle himself with a lining of much poorer quality?

I think it being offered by the present owner, not Kris. Part of his new collector to collector section of his website. I thought it was an interesting item so I posted it for discussion. Is there a problem with that?

Yes, Kris and I went to high school together. That was 45 plus years ago. We are not business partners in any shape or form. I do get updates from him on new items being offered on his website which is where I first saw this hat. I can't afford to buy from him though.

I dont think i have seen a dealer before with so many fakes in the headgear section, exept snyder maybe.
