Hi all,
now the proud owner (thanks all, and Peter v L !), I was just wondering (out of interest) if anyone recognised the maker of the above cap?

I did notice that German War Booty (hope he doesn't mind the advert!) has one that looks very similar in some ways (though with a different eagle of course):-

The maker of this cap is Robert Lubstein of Berlin, although it is listed as Erel (confused). I'm very new to visor caps....

Regarding the Lubstein/Erel connection, Robert Lubstein and Erel are one and the same, it is a play on his initials, phonetically pronounced: 'Err - Ell' for R. L. or Robert Lubstein.
