Does HH even accept returns?? Or is it a "Tough luck pal" policy....

I tried ones, but after a long discussion with their "experts" they only accept to re-sale it in the next auction, and collect again the fees .... It was a joke. Since then no more business with them

A pity. I too will no longer do business with this auction house. While I agree one should be knowledgeable enough to not get burned, but by the same token their panel of "experts" should have weeded out this obvious imposter.

Wow I hadn't even really thought about not being able to return anything to them. I guess I won't be looking at their stuff any more either.

I have asked for a better photos of several items from various auction houses, and what I got was not really usable to prove spending hundreds of something.

I didn't want to bid for those pieces, so the only way I will try to bd is when I can see all the good photos of the entire item, or when I have it in hand for inspection.

I guess what Eduardo said is the common practice amongst auctioneers, unfortunately.
