      Hi,
      I have a similar single button cap with that style of the lining material,are there any traces of white ink marking left? The insignia on my cap is originaly maschine stitched with the straight stitching.

        Thank you Gustav for your help . Interesting thougth on the M43 LW field cap . No ink marking on my cap . I think my cap is original , i like the lining but i never see this typ before
