NSKK Kriegseinsatz officer's visor by Erel

I've been looking for one of these for ages. This one is made by Erel and even bears the RZM tag next to the Erel markings...

It's pretty hard to find period pics of this super tiny organization. Thanks to the WAF, I can add three examples of a Kriegsberichterstatter to this thread (hope, the owner doesn't mind).

Thanks very much Kurt, a nice example of a rare and handsome cap from an organization that was much more important to the war effort than is commonly known.

In the photos you borrowed, it appears that in the interim he removed the "NSKK" scroll from his original cap eagle while later (judging from the wreath and appearance it is the same cap) he replaced it with a Heer style eagle. I believe that during this period the Transportkorps Speer was attempting to distance itself from the Party (NSDAP) and align itself with the Wehrmacht.

I also found that aspect most interesting (that's why I posted them in chronological order), especially the interim version with the NSKK removed . Interesting theory, couldn't it just be that they wanted to be considered "combat" troops?

Here is the visor blown up a little to illustrate it better...
