    its looks like it was stamped before the cap was made note how the ink stamps go under the top panel seam

        That's a crease, not a stamp. You can see the shadow. I'm still leaning towards the cap being ok but these are getting harder and harder.

          see the post war marking #5 it is partialy under the top panel seam,put together post war cap imo

            To me it doesnt look good at all, we ve seen these fakes a while now, these are modern reproductions (10/15 years) where fakers use original unissued traps too.

              Good call by Lenny on the stamps, maybe a cut up greatcoat lining. Is the insignia even original? To me it looks like the arms of the swaz do not even line up.
