IMO, Holters did not actually make caps, but contracted them out and added their own label. This one appears to be a Clemens Wagner piece.

At least you got your money back, but still, who wants to go through all that? There are people out there I'll never understand. They either can't think things through to see the repercussions, or just don't care. Neither is good.
