    Here's another one...Exact twin of mine, (even same sweat shield info)
    being offered as a WW2 cap...
    Described on dealer site as follows:
    WW2 VETERANS VISOR CAP
    Visor cap worn by members of Traditionsverband, with in the silvered wreath is a shield bordered in gold and bears the kyffhauser tower. The black band has the the alternating tower and iron cross design, plastic chin cord. Interior has maker and is also named.Has two vent holes on each side, very minty

    Maybe the seller means "a vet of WW2 veterans cap" (so post war),
    as opposed to "WW2 Veterans cap" (ww2 era?)
