So then Gerard Stezelberger from the relic hunter sold this fake also? This cap was sold on the estand a while back and it is made by the same maker, different size. The insignia on the cap above are original, who knows when they were applied.

I have seen a very nice original SS panzer M-43 with machine sewn insignia by this same maker. I have also seen Heer panzer M-43's by this maker, which are widely accepted, or at least I thought so. I also thought B.N. Singer said this was an original manufacturer in another thread with a Heer panzer M-43 from this same manufacturer. I didn't do a search, but I seem to recall one.

most likly was a heer cap with ss insignia added ? i couldnt pull up the liner shots looks the same as the others i like bobs cap best
